One of the trainings recently was the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP training. Whereas, “The Chipola Healthy Start Coalition recently energized its team with a staff-wide training on its Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), led by the Program Director to ensure everyone is prepared in the event of an emergency or natural disaster. The COOP outlines essential policies and procedures to maintain critical operations and protect the Coalition’s mission, even during disruptions. As a “living document,” the plan will continue to evolve with changes in operations, laws, and personnel, and all new staff will receive ongoing training to keep preparedness a top priority.”
